Some tests will have same day results depending on when received. Most tests will be completed within 24 hours of receipt.

ROADRUNNER RADIOLOGY & LABORATORY SERVICES offers top of the line Mobile Radiology and Laboratory services to Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Homes, Home Health, Hospice, and House Call companies. We are extremely proud of our new state-of-the-art laboratory based in Bastrop, Texas. After specimens are collected by our certified phlebotomists, they never leave the custody of our laboratory personnel. In addition to standard lab tests we are also offering in-house PCR testing.
